Thoughts of ease versus thoughts of resistance - the place to be.

Another example - If you desire more in your life than you think that you can achieve...you are out of balance! You must take the emotional journey to line up your thoughts and emotions with what you desire in life. If you desire a million dollar home, the you must do the emotional and energetic work to be alignment...you need to redirect your thoughts, emotions, focus, to be in alignment with this desire. Replace thoughts with negativity with perhaps the thought that "anything is possible"!

One more - And I will speak directly to money because it is such a prevalent "issue" when it comes to creating. But imagine for a moment the affects of being out of balance with money...desiring more money in your life that you are allowing to flow into your experience. Gets a little uncomfortable doesn't it? So, sense for a moment how it might feel to be in alignment with the amount of money that you would like to create...to love money, to appreciate it, to give up negative beliefs about it. Shifts you to a different place doesn't it? This is the place of balance.

So, let's talk a little more about how to create life balance....here are a few tips from this perspective.

1. Keep your desires loud and clear. Ask yourself, are my signals muddied by thoughts, beliefs, and emotions that are not in support of where are I want to go? Do I have negative resonance in my creation field? If the answer is yes, then keep reaching for thoughts and emotions that support the joy of your desires.

2. Balance the emotional journey with the action journey. How you feel is much more important that what you do. What you visualize, what you expect, what you hope for, what you get passionate about is your emotional journey. What you do is important - but make sure you are taking "inspired action" ...which of course was brought forth from such a juicy emotional journey!

3. Be cognizant of your resistance, and take this as a clue from your built in guidance system that your are not in balance. If you are not, then release your resistance by making emotional choices (thoughts and feelings) and line up - or make a choice to change your desires. Do you want something because you want it, or do you just think you want it...or think you should want it? Do you need to walk away from something or is your negative belief system need tweaking? Pay close attention.

4. When you experience difficulty or contrast in your life use it as an opportunity to become even more crystal clear about what you are wanting, your preferences, your desires....will you settle for less? NO! Use contrast as a learning tool and as spring board. Ask yourself, hmmmm, now how did I attract this and create this in my life? (By the way this is a very powerful place to be)

5. With that said, "get" there is no "random". Life balance, or the experience of it, is a state that you create, period. You don't randomly get picked for a terrible career, you don't randomly get in a car accident. You are a magnet, and you live in a world of attraction. Period...(does that sound harsh?) It is the lovely and beautiful truth. Truly, when you start to step into this state, you will begin to realize how absolutely powerful you are.

6. Do not let others needs, circumstances, emotional balance supersede your own. Self care...this is something that is foundational to an emotional resonance that brings forth a state and an experience of life balance. Do you put yourself first? Do you honor yourself as the perfect spiritual being that you are? Do you honor yourself enough to step into your power? Do you allow yourself to make "mistakes", learn from then, and know your are perfect no matter what? Do you give yourself permission to believe? Do you give yourself permission to want more? There are millions of different ways to take care of your self and allow this resonance to permeate your life. Find what feels good to you....

7. Do not forget to ask yourself, what does life balance look like to me? What would it feel like? and focus on the feeling of balance...step into this place and know that it exists within yourself, versus outside of yourself. Will you allow yourself to step into life balance, let's say...RIGHT NOW? Begin by writing down and appreciating all that you can in your life this very second.

The injury leads to scarring or sclerosis in multiple areas of the central immune system, thus damaging the nerve signals and control muscle coordination. The nature of MS is unpredictable and it can vary in severity from person to person. While some patients who suffer from the said disease only experience mild illness, other MS cases can also lead to permanent disability. Treatments for MS can help in modifying the course of this illness while relieving symptoms.

Determining the real cause of MS still remains elusive even if scientists have already learned a great deal about MS in recent years. It is known that MS is a form of autoimmune disease --- one in which the body, through its immune system, launches a defensive attack against its own tissues. In the case of MS, it is the nerve-insulating myelin that comes under assault. Such assaults may be linked to an unknown environmental trigger such as a virus infection.

Ghandi and Martin Luther King, Jr. advocated peaceful nonviolence to change ailing social systems. They and their followers were able to successfully change the social conditions of their times. For over six years now, since July of 1999, the peaceful Falun Gong practitioners have used nonviolent actions to draw world attention to the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party. Staying in tune with the nonviolent means of achieving social change in history, it becomes the duty of every individual in the world to speak about the atrocities. As much and as often as the CCP denies human rights violations every person should speak out about them. With many more voices ringing with truth to counter the lies of the CCP, ending the human rights violations is an inevitable conclusion. However, it is a conclusion that must come sooner rather than later because people are suffering.

In 1880, after the Civil War, women joined the "dries" and it wasnt long before the temperance movement was a power to be noticed. The WCTU (Woman's Christian Temperance Union)was formed and the Prohibition Party started gaining some serious weight.

By 1900, more than 50% of the continental united states had become dry. The prohibitionists thought they had the alcohol ban sortedand that there was no possible way for any person to get liquor into a dry state. Unfortunately for the dries, a loophole was found in the law, the postal service. Because the postal service was regulated by the federal government and not the state government, liquor could be mail ordered and shipped from a wet state.

This maddened the dries so in 1913, an Interstate Liquor Act was passed. This act effectively made it illegal for anyone to send liquor to any dry state by any means. which was actually a big loss for those trying to keep the liquor out as it gave rise to far more illegal methods of obtaining the alcohol as liquor distilleries were now in league with crime bosses.

In 1917, the 18th amendment was drawn up and it stated that it would now be illegal to buy ship or even manufacture liquor. This did not sit well with a lot of states so the amendment was debated in congress for a further 2 years. In 1920 33 states had declared themselves as dry and this meant a major victory for the prohibition party.

January 29, 1919. The 18th Amendment was ratified to make all hard liquor with an alcohol content over 40% (or 80 proof) be banned. Officially, it banned the "production, sale, or transporting of such alcoholic drinks." this was support by many peopleas they thought that only hard liquor was to be banned and that it would be fine to enjoy a glass of wine with a meal or have a beer after work.

However, it wasnt until a year later, the Volstead Act (prohibion act) was passed. The Volstead Act completely banned all alcohol that had more than 1/2% alcohol content. This effectively banned all forms of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of course being non-alcoholic beers. After the 18th amendment was ratified, the Volstead Act was brought into the light by the Prohibition supporters. For most of the prohibition supports who only wanted a little wine or the odd beer felt as though they had been betrayed as they were left with nothing when the act was passed.

1 group of people that no one considered were the veterans of the 1st world war, these ex soldiers felt very betrayed returning home from fighting in the war. Most of them had been stationed in France and came to know how a moderate amount of aclohol could in many ways enhance the quality of life. Then coming home and finding out that the dries had won a total victory over alcohol added to the bitterness of the veterans disdain.

The fatal mistake with prohibition was to ban all types of alcohol, which lost the Prohibition Party almost 80% of its followers.

Prohibition lasted for 13 years in the US until in 1933 the 21st amendment was passed to offically end the ban on alcohol.

1. After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof for beverage purposes is hereby prohibited.

2. The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

3. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress. The 21st amendment

1. The eighteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

2. The transportation or importation into any State, Territory, or possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of intoxicating liquors, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.

3. The article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by conventions in the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress

The pool of potential tenants had been greatly reduced, because everyone was buying a home. Home prices were still relatively affordable and there were big buckets full of mortgage money available at historically low rates. People didn't need to rent when they could buy.

The climb in home values has changed all that. Now more people are seeking good homes to rent, so the supply of available rentals becomes slim. Demand for rental homes has also been stimulated by a reduction in the number of available apartments. Owners and developers are finding that it is more profitable to convert apartments into condos then it is to rent them. The result is few apartments for rent.

But it's not all good news for landlords.

Some eager investors bought investment homes near the top of the real estate price cycle. They paid high prices for the homes they are now offering for rent. Many are learning that the cost of mortgage payments, taxes, insurance and other normal costs are leaving them with negative cash flow. That means it is costing them more each month to own the property than they can collect in rent.

The investor's negative cash flow can amount to as much as $500 or more. Each month the owner must take those hundreds of dollars out of his/her pocket to make up the short fall between rents collected and money paid out in loan payments and so forth. That's called an alligator property, because it can eat you alive.

Negative cash flow can be avoided by making a larger down payment on the property. You then have a smaller mortgage loan with smaller monthly payments. If you have planned correctly your rental income should then cover all your costs and expenses of owning. The down side is that you have a large amount of cash locked into one property.

Traveling is the most exciting thing to do in your free time. This way you get some rest and get to know more not only just for yourself, but for your job or personal life. You can also make friends and use these contacts in your future. But don’t get crazy and decide to spend your vacation in the jungle with some cannibalistic tribe, eating roots and waiting to be eaten. If you decide to go on a trip plan it carefully and decide what you expect from it: civilized world full of aristocratism and modern conveniences or wild jungle with exciting adventures. Everything depends on how far you can go. This trip can turn your life upside down and can be very helpful to you in some aspects of your life. You can even use your experience in that college term paper you stopped writing. A get away is sometimes necessary, but don’t run away too often; you might lose your contacts close to where you’re settled. But this is another question. Should one get settled at all?
